I ordered delivery through the website and watched about 5 DoorDash drivers attempt to pick up the order. After an hour, the fifth driver came to our home and said that Pizza Hut said it had already been picked up. I attempted to call but Pizza Hut customer service can’t do much in terms of a refund. Never got my order, kept getting redirected to another call center that can't do anything, and couldn't cancel my order.
THANK YOU MANAGER RYAN!! Very PROFESSIONAL STAFF! Very great people!! I just wanna start by saying the team at this Pizza Hut bless their hearts is literally so awesome. They are short staffed.
