Refused to give delivery driver change to pay for my order when I specifically on the phone to have change for a 50 when I called them back they were super rude about it DO NOT order from this place very rude employees
The manager who's usually here for the dinner rush is friendly and good with communication, but the overall place is average at best. I know this is a busy location, so they're usually struggling to keep up with constant orders, but the smell of sewage/rotten eggs always hits me as soon as I walk in. I'm not sure if there's anything they can do about it, but I'm surprised no one else has mentioned it here.
I was so glad to see who the assistant mgr is at this store. Ever since going to any one of the stores he's been working at my food has been phenominal!! Bill is such a professional, kind and pleasant mgr. I'm so glad he is managing (asst) this store as i know the food and service will be better than anywhere else.
I ordered delivery through the website and watched about 5 DoorDash drivers attempt to pick up the order. After an hour, the fifth driver came to our home and said that Pizza Hut said it had already been picked up. I attempted to call but Pizza Hut customer service can’t do much in terms of a refund.
