Had an issue earlier in the week with an honest mistake that the store handled very professionally and I felt was fair. Today I redeemed my credit and must say Derex was awesome to work with and was able to look up my information and get my order all settled up thanks a bunch man and appreciate the service you provided.
We placed a delivery order over an hour before they closed, then checked the ETA and saw it was cancelled. We were not informed, so we called back and were put on hold for 20 minutes until the store then closed. Terrible costumer service. I would not recommend going to this location.
Best Pizza, not greasy!
The pizza isn't good, but the female manager and some of the staff are worse. Go to Papa John's, and or Domino's instead.
