We placed a delivery order over an hour before they closed, then checked the ETA and saw it was cancelled. We were not informed, so we called back and were put on hold for 20 minutes until the store then closed. Terrible costumer service. I would not recommend going to this location.
Best Pizza, not greasy!
The pizza isn't good, but the female manager and some of the staff are worse. Go to Papa John's, and or Domino's instead.
My name is Corey. I am from Montoursville, PA. We were in Lancaster for a dance competition, and an order we placed for lunch thru pizzahut.com was never delivered. This Pizza Hut took us under their wing/somehow were able to make it right for R family to have a nice late afternoon pizza snack!
