Ordered pizza and breadsticks delivered, they forgot marinara..... called and asked to get it brought since we paid extra for it, they said it would be a while...... an hour and a half later someone finally shows up with cold, quarter filled spoonful of sauce, we live 0.5 jokes away. Guess their mistake was my fault, won't call again, bye Pizza Hut
The manager Katlin was unprofessional and infantile. I called the store when my sandwitch was not the correct one I ordered and spoke to the manager Katlin who proceeded to argue that it was the right one, and when I asked to speak to someone else because I was not going to argue with her she hung up the phone on me! Untill this pizza hut gets it together and gets the management in check I will not be ordering again until then.
Meh.... pizza hut has gone downhill. I'd rather eat Mr. Jims.
