Online it said my order was ready but the store was dark and locked up. Complained and a manager thought that all he had to do to make it right was to make sure my credit card wasn't charged. Not even an apology! No pizza for us! Since their web site says today (prime pizza time, Friday afternoon) "STORE CLOSED" then this location must be closed permanently. Whether it is or not, you can't count on getting any pizza anyway!
I ordered wings and they gave me one flat and the rest legs. I was not too happy about that. Overall the food taste good.
Needs to be open like other locations, not 9 PM....... Kempsville areas are just annoying and not like it use to be...smh
The last time I order from this location Kempsville Rd Virginia Beach VA the quality of my food was not there over cheese the pizza til the dough was still undone I did not ask for extra. Cheese and it gets to me later than I was told never again I will go to another one that was the third strike.
