PIZZA HUT ON VALLEY MILLS SUCKS!!!!CUSTOMER SERVICE IS TERRIBLE!!! Made an order thru the Pizza Hut app to have it delivered. When my pizza didn't arrive by the time estimated, I call and was informed that they do not deliver anymore that it would be delivered through doordash and that they where waiting on a driver to come pickup my order, Now if I wanted to order thru doordash I would have and a driver would hv been assigned now 45 minutes later still no order. My family likes this pizza hut location. Its clean and they are fast and friendly. On occasion the thin crust will have to much sauce and it will be a tad soggy. Last time I was there the lady that checked out 2 customers in front of me quite literally asked for them to tip on the screen. Not my preference. Too pushy and almost like try to embarrass you if you didnt do it. Definitely need to let the cashiers know that is inappropriate.

Your thin crust is too thin & your supreme pizza is a joke. Very few toppings for the price. You don’t compare with Marco’s pizzas & neither do you ever email me a 25% coupon like they do.
