This resteraunt is more trouble and sad then anyone could imagine. I read an online post where the Owner stated Pizza hut Universal city had dedicated drivers to ensure the hottest best fast food delivery. Well we ordered a couple of pizzas and after waiting for over 30 minutes We called the resteraunt and through it's automated system we selected to speak to a person, and no one answers. Really bad service if you can't say if they did any service at all had a party of 8 and workers never came to take our order after 20 mins we decided to leave after leave the place I told the young lady thank you and she just laughed so people don't go Really bad service
