Repeatedly get my order canceled because I choose to pay cash and they dont have drivers before 6pm. Im.so sick of this. I'm disabled, can't drive, and dont have the $ on a card right now but I DO have the cash. Why can't this snotty manager deliver it herself?

I order delivery last night at 9:30pm and never received our order. I have called multiple times and no one answers at the store. The money was taken out of my account and I really don’t understand what else to do. Please help!
Ordered a personal pan pizza from this store via Uber, which I have done without issue for the past two years. However, this time, I was forced to order a personal pan pizza box with a side. When it arrived, the pan pizza was soggy, cold and doughy, and had to be pried out of the tin pan it came in. I took it to the store and spoke with the manager, who did not seem to care, and offered no apology.
