I accidentally ordered my pizza with no cheese and they offered to remake and deliver a new pizza for no extra charge even though it was my own mistake. Thank you!!
Even though it was Super Bowl Sunday and it was very busy, they still managed to make the pizza very good. Great job to all the workers there.
Ordered two pizzas, one of my pizzas had all the toppings but was missing the cheese. I called and the girl was annoyed with me calling, and offered to re-make or $5 discount… I asked her to re-make it and she huffed about that didn’t offer an apology and just seemed annoyed over the situation. I was nice about it, said thank you and I apologized… person on the phone was really rude.
Immediately got transferred to the store's manager took over 8 minutes and then got hung up once they told me my order had been canceled. Previously they told me my order would take over 4 hours. Never order from this place
