I don’t recommend going during busy hours, my partner and I made an order for pickup on the way back into town pick up was at 8:45 we waited an additional 30 minutes before asking for a refund just for them to turn around and tell us to come back when they’re less busy to get a refund. Unprofessional and inconsiderate and we go to this one very often, unfortunately that’ll not be the case anymore since we had to go through the actual company to get the refund since the employees didn’t want to do it.
If i could give a zero i would the workers here dont understand time limits say five minutes while i wait in the lobby 40 minutes and still dont have food. Workers slamming doors to the warmer and being rude to other workers not answering phones and making it uncomfortable for people waiting
Great food great service just wish they could give some coupons that would top it off
Lost my order and there’s no way to get my money back on the app horrible customer service
