There is a African-American lady there that she does not want to be there. I got there and waited 20 Minutes for the drive-through when it was my turn She was super frustrated. Very condescending tone. I told her my order from there she just ignored meNo sign of acknowledgment or nothing. She just close the window and left Was it just left the window and didn’t come back. They have the best customer service I ever experienced in a Pizza Hut store, shout out to the lady at the counter
Azhia is an amazing person/ employee, the other Pizza Hut took my order an my money an they weren’t open I couldn’t get ahold of anyone I couldn’t get my food or money back but she helped me get ahold of higher ups an helped my bad day turn good while still providing great services an food she’s an amazing person hard worker!!
Worst experience ever. Both employees saw me at the drive thru window and did not come check once. After 10 minutes of waiting I honked and they both just looked and continued on and still not come to the window. They even left a customer waiting outside the door. Shitty place hopefully it shuts down.
Slow and disrespectful service.
