It sad how much Pizza Hut has really gone down over the years. Quality is just not what it once was. On my most recent order they couldn’t even cut the breadsticks. So what we received was just a big brick of hard bread.
I tried to give the benefit of the doubt the first time, but twice in a row now, I have ordered delivery and had over an hour waiting for delivery after “out for delivery” text. Both times my food got delivered cold. This time when I contacted the store the only response I got was “all deliveries are out” and when I said it’d been over 40 minutes since delivery text they didn’t even respond. Just ordered 30min ago and it was delicious, nice and hot they weren't skimpy on the meat or sauce. Cooked to perfection.
Worst experience with the management there app is crap and they don’t accept it and blame customer is wrong , never buying from this place
