Great service and food
If I could give zero stars I would. I ordered online and when the website said my order was ready for pick up, I went in to pick it up. Upon entering the restaurant, I saw worked up customers waiting around the register. I approached the counter and asked for my order in which I was told my order was not ready. After showing the cashier my phone saying my order was ready for pick up, she said well it says not ready on my end and walked away. Date of incident. Saturday, June 7th, 2025 Spent 30 bucks here gave them my number.For the rewards program they told me including the manager that the rewards points were punched in with my cell number.It's been a week and a 1/2 and I still never received my points.And now the restaurant never called me back.So I called them back and they just keep giving me the run around
We ordered delivery threw door dash. We were missing the wings on our order it happens. We received a credit. I would rather have my dinner but ok. So immediately ordered again to get the missing part plus a couple more things. We payed delivery fee and tipped again. I received the missing part of my first order and the rest was im guessing someone else's order. It was labeled with someone else's name and as an Uber eats order.
