I rarely leave reviews, but my experience at this Pizza Hut location was frustrating enough that I felt compelled to share. I placed an order online for carryout — a large pepperoni pizza, breadsticks, and boneless wings. The estimated pickup time was 25 minutes. I arrived about 30 minutes after placing the order, only to be told it "wasn’t ready yet." No apology, no explanation.
