I visited this store on the 26th of December. I had read the reviews and stayed away for a long time but finally decided to go and see for myself. The waitress was friendly, but as is any Pizza Hut their Pizza's are a 2 on a scale of 5. I can remember 40 to 50 years ago when they had a good Pizza, but not any more. The problem is I do not know of any chain that makes a really good Pizza today. I gave them a 3 star because of the service.
good food but terrible customer service. they always forget our breadsticks and have messed up our order multiple times. when we go in to get it corrected they always tell us it is our fault that the order was messed up. they tell us that they did nothing wrong and never offer to compensate for it. the manager here is a jerk also. he yells at the customers and is just generally rude.
