My party of four walked into the restaurant for dinner dine in. We were greeted by employees at the door and were told the restaurant was not open for dine in. We were told they were closed due to their big boss coming into town tomorrow. What a way to get rid of business.
The new managers treat their employees badly. The employees and customer service was great the few times I’ve been there. The managers ruin the place. If you can’t treat your employees with respect don’t expect top tier results. Their results depend on treatment.
Ordered a pizza to be picked up after I got off work at 4pm pizza was made and done 20 minutes after they opened and sat in the warmer all that time crust was soggy pizza was luke warm this place has gone downhill will not be going back ever again which is sad because pizza hut pizza was the best
Went in today to eat their was 3 employees sitting at a table eating. Told us to sit wherever we wanted and they would be there in a minute. Pizza was under cooked, glasses were dirty. The hole place was dirty must have been 25 Pizza boxes sitting on a table in the dining area. Even had cobwebs in the window where we sat.
