On Friday, Feb 14th, my significant other and I visited this Pizza Hut in Ceredo, WV. In short, our experience at the store was atrocious so I decided to leave a $0 tip. Someone at their store then took it upon themselves to fraudulently add a $5 tip to the transaction, an act known as "tip padding." My significant other is a witness to these events.
