On Friday, Feb 14th, my significant other and I visited this Pizza Hut in Ceredo, WV. In short, our experience at the store was atrocious so I decided to leave a $0 tip. Someone at their store then took it upon themselves to fraudulently add a $5 tip to the transaction, an act known as "tip padding." My significant other is a witness to these events. Poor customer service. They made me wait an hour just to say they didn’t have my order in their systrm
The worker at the cash register with the name tag “Shayla,” was very backhanded and rude. Not only this but it seems as though the staff tends to lose customer service skills when there are multiple customers and talk to customers like we are bothering them by being there. After waiting an extra 40 minutes past when my order was supposed to be ready, I had to cancel my order. It was just a personal pan. If you want a friendly environment, I do not recommend the ceredo pizza hut.
