I really want to give them a better rating than this...but they deserve even worse. Let's talk about the last couple experiences I've had here: two mobile orders, one buffet visit. I orders pizza hut online for delivery in canton,NC 28716 I ordered a pizza melt and one of the new flats pizza and when it go here all I got was the melt I payed 34 dollars to not even get all my food and I been on the phone waiting for 30 minutes for someone to get to the phone and no one has answered this is absolutely ridiculous I want my money back or my food I ordered online to make it easier this is outrageous
Had a bad experience with a rude manager and employees. Gave them another chance and was informed that manager was no longer with them . Was treated with much more respect ! Can tell a big difference in the service and food . The general manager took care of my issue and made it right ! Thank you !
