This is the worst pizza hut ever, the first two times I went in, it was more that 15 minutes before I was even acknowledged, and bot times there was less the 5 customers in the place, the third and final time I was there, the food was dry and old, the salad bar had old slimy vegetables and the one server was so distracted she couldn't hardly finish a sentence, and when it was time to pay, she ignored us twice to continue speaking with a friend of hers that didn't even come in to eat or pick anything up, I will never go back ... read more

I placed an order through the Pizza Hut app and chose “pay in store.” I drove 15 miles to the California, MO location, walked in, and stood at the counter for over five minutes—completely unacknowledged.
