I love the old store layout and everything, the staff are nice, but have consistently made the larges too small, I like the food and all, but I paid for a certain size and I expect to get that size.

Not an 80s 90s style pizza hut, modern 2010s furniture and lighting. Was told salad was large and shareable, ate the whole salad by myself. Pizza was small for a medium. Was looking forward to the 80s 90s theme....what a let down. Also, asked for regular crust pizza was pizza was placed on some cheese stuffed crust I never asked for, ended up throwing everything away and going to McDonald's.

Ordered a pizza with pepperoni Italian sausage instead got a half cheese half pepperoni pizza.

Price was better than Dominos but when i got it there was mostly crust and giant mushrooms. I think the tip thing has gotten out of hand and if you do nothing for me besides what you normally do, I am not tipping you because you have already been paid for that. Nobody carried my pizza outside or delivered it to my door,so I didn't tip even though I feel like I was hustled for a tip twice. Fyi, I am a generous tipper usually, but I am no longer tipping you if you did nothing but the job you have already been paid for.
