***Updating my review. I want to give credit to the manager as he refunded our money and apologized for the bad experience we had. I appreciate the fact that he made things right. I made an order online and its a frequent order and I have never complained but I had a pizza burnt in spots with a crust folded over and inedible in places. The pizza is so wildly unevenly cut that no two people have the same amount of pizza and inwatched the cashier cut it with the dirtiest pizza cutter with topping dripping off of it. Hand washing isnt a practive here either. Though the cashier seemeded sweet it was saccharin and when I requested a reciept she seemed very put out to print it off. Edit: (Two stars added) The owner of this franchise has reached out and made right this situation. It was greatly appreciated and shows they are trying their best to improve service. Thank you. When I arrived to pick up my order I was informed it had been given to a door dasher. They said my order would be remade and it would be free. Original order was supposed to be done at 5:30, didn’t get remade order until 6:10. There’s nothing much to say other than horrible!!!!!! Was a waste of 40$, like everything else Pizza Hut has went to being SHIT.
