Tried ordering online and by phone, neither worked so I went in. Told them phone wasn't working they said i know. Ordered the 5 dollar line up was told it was now 7. I said well the online still shows it as 5 and so doesn't this sign that was setting right on the ordering counter. Manager was very rude said it didn't matter what the sign says. The service is extremely slow and there aren't enough waiters/waitresses to fulfill the needs of guests. The food is good, but my order is almost always wrong when I eat here. They certainly aren't promoting good business because customers are not satisfied. It is total chaos. I wonder are they running a zoo or a business? Very poor management. Somethin needs to be done. Very unprofessional staff. I was very unpleased and I am not sure I will return!

Ive ate Pizza Hut pizza for years at the NewMartinsville,WV location, anytime you eat inside, the whole process is perfect, from the time you walk in, to the time you leave. PERFECT ! great people, great food, clean, music not too loud, inside temp is set perfect, i can go on and on. 5 star !!!!! Now the downfall, try this, order a pizza, ask for it to be well done, but not burnt.
