We had a major issue with our order process and the manager made it one of the best Pizza Hut experiences I’ve ever had. Somehow my order placed the night before was never received on their end. After our 2 hour drive for a beach day, showing up to no pizza was a huge bummer. I had to call customer service and even they couldn’t resolve it…. But the manager here DID. I had to order by phone to use gift cards as they don’t work online, of course. Called and put through to a call center, yikes and then to the main restaurant in navarre. Both the call center and the manager repeated my order of 3 pizzas. When my husband picked them up, they said I only paid for 2 - I would never pay $22 bucks for any large pizza!!! Unbelievable. The place did nothing to make it right and now the bad review. Tip: Go to Little Cesar’s or make your own 😂

The manager at Pizza Hut by the name of James did a great job on the customer service and getting the food out fast and on time. Everyone who works there is amazing and funny especially Jade who helped cash me out. I will be continuing to go here and get pizza for the rest of the time being!!!
