Each time that I have been able to get through to the store my order and service was great. However, getting to place my order through the call center is TERRIBLE. They either send me to a state different than the one that I’m in or tell me that the store is closed . This is not a good way to do business! I will probably revert to another company to get pizza when I want it.Â
Ordered 10 pizzas and it appears that they were dropped at the store or in the delivery process. When you call for assistance it is an answering service and a never ending hold loop. The answering service states that unless the store picks up there is nothing they can do. I asked for the direct number to the store but the answering service states that there isn't a direct number? It is a drive thru only Pizza Hut. The doors to the entrance is ALWAYS locked.Â
