well i suppose it’s important to check reviews on ALL places before you order. didn’t think it mattered because it’s pizza hut but yea the reviews from the past 6 months are highly accurate, this place is terrible and has terrible quality service. ordered food over an hour ago with an ETA of 30-40 Minutes and the tracker doesn’t even say it’s been prepared yet. i called and they declined the call/hung up on me right away both times. i’ve come to check the reviews and now i just wish i could get a refund. mind you, pizza hut ... read more

This was the worst Pizza Hut that I’ve ever been to. We paid too much money for this pizza to have come to us like this. We do not eat at Pizza Hut anymore, so when we craved it for the first time in a while, I was expecting more than we got. It was terrible, cold, and it looked like they just threw it together in a hurry. The fries were gross too. They tasted funny, and tasted like the restaurant smells. Never again! Ew! Small detail..but it was supposed to be cut in squares and well done!

Ordered delivery and was told 30 mins. After 1 hrs and 30 mins the pizza showed up. Terrible service. Don't order from here if you want hot and fresh pizza. This place needs to close it's doors.

I’m HIGHLY annoyed right now. Ordered through the mobile app…1 stuffed crust and 1 hand tossed. They were both hand tossed. Tried to call and kept getting hung up on. When someone did answer, it was a call center. They wanted to redirect me to the store..they hung up. I kid you not, I called at least 20 times. Absolutely ridiculous way to treat your customers!
