Very disappointing experience at this Pizza Hut. The dining area was dirty, and the wait time was much longer than expected. On top of that, the customer service was extremely rude and made the experience even worse. I understand that places can get busy, but cleanliness, reasonable wait times, and respectful customer service should be basic expectations. I won’t be rushing back

Has to be the best Pizza Hut in Kentucky. Came down from Lexington to see some family and we stopped in to get a pizza after a movie and it was just a awsome experience. We were Greeted by a young man at the register named Austin with a smile and very knowledgeable of the menu to suggest us some items to please the whole family. Clean dining room and restrooms.
