Will not be ordering again from here. We have ordered the same thing at this Pizza Hut multiple times and each time they said it’ll be ready they end up “losing it”. My partner goes in person to pick it up and waits there just to be told that our order was made but just “misplaced” or “lost”. What should take 15-30 minutes takes an hour if not more due to them always saying it was misplaced or taken by a driver by mistake. We have told them it’s not the first time and all we get was a sorry and an extra drink.
Ordered food to go. They gave me the wrong order and rushed me out the door. Didn’t check the food till I got home. Said they would refund me and/or give me credit for the food. I called later to see when I would get reimbursed and they said they would get back to me. Now after 24 hours they are not giving me credit, reimbursing me or anything else. Even though I offered to bring the food back when it happened because it clearly wasn’t my order.
WORST experience EVER!! Absolutely do not recommend Pizza Hut at all. Ordered a pizza over 3 hours ago talked on the phone with 4 different people all said my pizza was on the way. My order was free and they gave me credit but honestly. Ridiculous. Ordered food for my family and they can’t even handle that. Honestly was absolutely awful. I closed my Pizza Hut account for rewards. No representative could get ahold of the store. Nothing. Just simply could not care about the people who want to enjoy the food they sell. If I could rate this place a 0 I would. Worst service ever. Employees were telling other staff not to answer phone. Placed an online order went to pick it up because it said it was ready and they had no idea what was going on there, didn’t know if the pizza was cooked and they said I should cancel my order (along with the 7 other people waiting for their food) Everyone there was high on something.
