Went there to order a pizza when I walked in the girl at the front counter never said hello or welcome to pizza hut the only thing she said was "Are you here for a pick up" and she wasn't even friendly about that I told her "No" I would like to place an order and asked if there was a menu she pointed at the end of the counter and mumbled something and I said excuse me could you repeat that I couldn't hear what you said she replied "the menu is over there as I looked I couldn't see a menu after searching behind some stand up ... read more

Tonight I had ordered 2 pizzas cheese bread and wings. I should have known my order would have been messed up from the start when it took them 5 minutes to acknowledge I was there. I was patient as I realize times can get busy. After waiting 20 minutes(wait time wasn’t an issue) I received my order and it was wrong which I didn’t know until I got home(35 minute drive). I was just charged by Monroe pizza hut. I received an error message that prompted me to call the store directly to ensure my order went through. I hope with the rudest, young male, that would not provide his name. He was blasting music into the phone the entire conversation. I asked if my order went through. He said no. He also let me know this is a known issue today and he just works at the store, he doesn't know why it's happening. I asked him to make sure I was refunded since I was charged, yet the order didn't go through... read more

Best Pizza Hut location - food is always exactly as ordered with no errors and ready for pickup in less than 15 mins. Staff is very personable and welcoming, providing service that is unmatched. If upper management reads this review - double whatever you’re paying them !!! Chefs kiss 🤌
