So we rolled into Pizza Hut a little after five. Maybe three tables going we sat at the fourth. What are our drinks in our food and waited and waited and waited. Only after 35 minutes, we called the manager who didn’t even bother to come out from the back. I left money to cover our drinks and walked out. It’s funny how you can make an order over the Internet and have it be ready in 15 minutes but when you go and sit down and order, it takes more than 30 minutes. We always go to this Pizza Hut after we walk dogs at the animal shelter. Kind of a tradition. The staff is always so friendly and outgoing. It makes it a joy to visit not to mention pizza… Yum!

It’s a simple concept, I pay for my food? I wait the time you tell me to wait, I get my food. Too hard of a concept for this store. I waited 1.5 hour for a pick up cheese stick, 1 cheese & 1 bacon pizza, naked wings. A deal they have going. Simple as could be (almost but not simple enough). If you allow a customer to pay for their order their food should be ready when you say it will be ready.
