I am incredibly unhappy with the lack of service received at the Lebanon VA location. Tried to take my father here for Father Day and they refused to serve us. I asked if the establishment was open for business and they said they were. They had a SINGLE family seated in the dining room. I asked why they could be served and not us and they said they were short staffed. I asked if could you not just tell us it would take longer. I liked the service and the food . Was done well
Always amazingly have my order correct. Arrive and it is fresh, hot, and ready. Quality items. Pedro is always greeting us by name. That means a lot. We are not just another face coming through the doors. Takes very much pride in everything he does. Always been pleased with our order.
