The food was decent, but the service and overall experience could’ve been better. Not very bad, but not perfect.
This is the 3rd time I order pizza at this location, for some reason in Opelousas you can not get good people to work Here. I made my order it says 20min. I get here and I'm waiting for over 45min to get the order that said it was ready. So they must have there number percentage right. But as far as customer serivce they lack it very much. Pizza hut should really Evaluate their management and who ever their regional manager is for this Pizza Hut, the serivce has been horrible.
