I don't know if the picture does it justice. But this place is garbage and are an injustice to pizza hut. Pizzas not cooked all the way, flat as the cardboard box it came in and is disgusting. No wonder they have so many bad reviews I should've looked at then first.
Husband ordered over the phone for carry out and was told 20 minute wait. When he showed up was told another 30. When I went back for him to pick it up I was told they already gave it out to someone else, for some reason. So no food, no accountability, and the manager talked to me like I was the dumb one. She did offer to make the food again, but I couldn’t wait another hour to feed my family. This location is close to us, but not worth the hassle.
Horrible customer service, got the order wrong twice and both late. And didn't receive full order. And when spoke to Representative they ended the chat 3 times and refused a refund.
