Long wait to pick up an order, but friendly staff and decent pizza
Food and service was great, the restaurant was cute and clean. A win all the way around.
I have reviewed this Pizza Hut before but I felt like I needed to say they fell off bad. We waited 30 minutes on our pizza with only two customers on the place. Salad with long cut half carrots and just a little bit of lettuce.. Half-hearted service and menus are now scan only. The manager told us woes of no crackers and cuts to the restaurant in general. Just sad to see it like this.
Really bad customer service today. I arrived 45 min after placing an order that was set to be ready in 15. I signed my receipt and stood there waiting for my food. No one brought out my food or gave me any update on when it would I be ready. I tried to flag down one lady who simply ignored me, picked up her phone and walked away. The hostess/server was running around super busy cleaning tables, getting drinks and checking out Togo orders.
