Called my order in for pick-up and was told it would be 20 minutes. I arrived 22 minutes after I placed the order and was told that my order had 3 others in front of it and that it would be another 10 to 15 minutes. I asked them to call me when it was ready as I would wait in my truck. 20 minutes later, no call...went inside and waited a few more minutes, then finally got my one pizza and cookie. No one was inside eating and only one other person was waiting for their order when I arrived. This was horrible customer service.... read more
