Ordered a pub style pizza, it delivered promptly. The issue is it had been dropped and was soggy. I reported the issue, and to my surprise not even an apology or issue of a refund. I understand things happen, but when you’re in the food industry you make it right. I ate one piece and it was horrible as it wasn’t even thoroughly cooked.Â
They acted okay with the fact that they didn't have donuts and then said will just replace them with brownies why wouldn't they have the product they sell hmmmÂ
The pizza was as good as Pizza Hut could be but these 5 stars were earned by the friendly help staff. Amelia and Isaiah went above and beyond to make our visit awesome. They have great customer service and I’ll be back just because of them.Â
