We had a party of 5, service started out ok, once we ordered that was it. They were not busy but must of been training a new worker or understaffed. We had to ask for refills on drinks a few times. A larger party walked in must of been 15 people with small children. The children were SCREAMING, and running around unattended while the adults ate. The kids must of been 3. Y'all actually think this was funny? One of your workers gave me a 20-oz soda bottle that was shook, and when I opened it, it splattered over me.
Ordered their new flatz pizza, half of my pizza was air bubbles, burnt crust on top and bottom. The lady at the window SLAMMED my bottles of soda down on the counter causing them to lose carbonation. Very disappointed in my service.
Pizza didn't taste very good. Hardly had any sauce on it... Definitely had better there for sure... But my delivery driver Harold was fantastic!
