This is one of the fastest pizza huts I have ever been to & I've been there 5 times (just moved to Frederick). They are always friendly when I am there. Very happy with the pizza and service!
The restaurant was dirty. Staff had friends and family taking up several of the tables and blocking walkways when we arrived. Staff was not in any kind of uniforms, the cook was wearing shorts & flip flops. I ordered iced tea with no lemon & it arrived at the table with 3 lemon wedges in it. We ordered our dinner and I ordered an appetizer and waited over 30 minutes. Our dinner arrived and I asked where my appetizer was. the service is slow careless and rude but the pizza is good but I'm sure Ur not gonna enjoy it if Ur chaocking cuz u didn't get a refill for ten min and Ur server is mean mugging u...
The pizza is usually really good and the cheese bread sticks are really good. the employees could be a little more friendly and smile more thats why i usually just call it in and carry it out
