The costumer service sucks, it took us over 20 min to order and it took us 30 to get our drinks. Then the server Vanessa wasn't polite or respectful twords my family. We will not be coming back while she is working
Ordered carry out. Was told 15 minutes. 43 minutes later I still don't have my order. Update* Unfortunately the fryers for the wings wasn't working. So. I asked simply, well why didn't you let me know that 45 minutes ago? I want the pizzas I paid for. The manager asked if I wanted a refund. Of course I did. And...don't you think I should be compensated for the wait? Nope. Yanked my pizzas away. So there I stood almost an hour into this fiasco. No food. At all.
