I do not know why but today they used a doordash instead of using one of there employee drivers and I didn't use doordash to order my food. When the driver showed up she didn't know I was supposed to have a 2 liter of pepsi with my order because Pizza Hut didn't notify her at all and she told me as that she was a new delivery driver as well. She told me she will try to get me it, but it was taking a long time to do so. I ordered on line it was suppose to be ready in 15 minutes. When I got there I sat in the lobby for about 15 minutes no one came to greet me. Finally another couple came in to pick up their order. The lady waited on that couple and then waited on another gentleman. Finally she asks what the name on my pizza was. The box was nice and hot I was excited.
