Pizza was fine, we got a pepperoni and a BBQ chicken. It just took an hour and a half for 2 medium pizzas to be made. They also didn't have the "signature pizzas" in stock.
*****GO SOMEWHERE ELSE***** Ordered 10 pizzas togo, 4 hours ahead of time. Show up on time paid in full with a 15% tip. Told after I waited 15 minutes, that my pizzas were now just being made and would be another 20 minutes at minmal. Manager offered me a 2 liter for their mess up, I politely declined. This has to be the most mismanagement pizza shop in north western ohio.
They were super nice and made me 15 pizzas on like 30 minutes
One of the girls who works there named Molly had a horrible attitude. Tried to pay half cash and half card and no one could figure it out. Anytime I’d ask her a question she’d get such a horrible attitude making me feel like a burden about my own money lol… she’s a total joke and shouldn’t be in customer service!
