Pulled up waited at drive thru for 5 minutes Noone ever acknowledged me pulled around went in and saw the employees in the dining area talking.

My mom ordered a pizza here that they delivered to the wrong address and then refused to fix it or give her money back they then stopped answering the phone when she called them back to try to get it straight out we will be using dominos from now on.Thats really cool of them to take advantage of an older woman in her 70s hope all pizza huts don't have those stander we mess up but you still pay what trash
How can this business even stay open?? Doors locked with no idea how to get a pizza. Finally an employee came out to toss garbage and I asked him. He said "drive through." We went to the drive through and ordered. Sat in our car for 15 min. and then decided to drive through again to see if it was ready. I would have loved a fountain drink but he never asked us anything. Horrible customer service.
