So we placed an order ahead to be delivered-WHICH SHOULD NOT BE AVALIBLE if you are going to cancel it because it was for "8 a.m" even though it was for a catered lunch at 11:15 am for my job. I am aware that the Pizza Hut doesn't open till 11 am. I put the order in ahead of time so it could be doordashed on time or by lunch time 12 the latest. This place needs to get their ducks in a row and hire workers with common sense... This location is a HOT MESS .. And guaranteed and proven it is not worth considering the "offer" from the company to help resolve the issue, because they just ended up giving the issue that needed resolving, an additional issue!

Ordered a pizza on the app. Of course they serviced the delivery out to door dash and then sent me the wrong order. When I called the store, nobody answers and then the call goes dead. Then someone calls me who only speaks Spanish. I call the Pizza Hut number for delivery to tell them about the issue and of course get someone who barely speaks any english. Absolutely awful service. Will not be ordering from Pizza Hut ever again. Absolutely terrible.

Possibly the worst experience I’ve ever had at a Pizza Hut. I thought it was only one worker so I was going to be nice and wait, well there was 5 workers and it took forever to get orders out. I ordered through the app and it said it would be ready by 12:46pm. By 1:15pm I was fed up cause it just sounded like the workers were having a blast not focused on working at all.
