Online order that was not ready when it iaid it would be. Waited another 20 minutes inside the restaurant after 20 at home. Add the three doorsashers and two customers also. A bit crowded. Food was bland and the wrong sauce on one pie to boot.
We did pick up and the staff we friendly and accommodating. The boneless wings were amazing, the pizza not so great, but maybe it would have been better fresh out of the oven. We did thin crust and hand tossed. It was quite dry after our 10 minute drive home. Other establishments don't have this issue.
I waited for a hour to get my order at 8pm they said they were putting it in the oven this is the worst experience I have ever had not only that but several customers refunded there orders cuz they waited to long and the young man doing the pizzas was very rude to people
Possibly our worst Pizza Hut experience ever. Ordered 2 large pan pizzas and cheese sticks on the app. It said it would be ready in 15 minutes. I placed order at 8:39pm. I sat there, with 4 kids, waiting until 9:37pm, to finally get my order. Then, I open the box and discover that it's thin crust, not pan, and they never even mentioned to me at any point that they were out of pan pizza. It was like they were trying to sneak it.
