I feel like they were polite. Food was made as promised. It could have been a little better on the pizza but overall I do recommend them. I will order again.
Food is ok but the wait time at this location is atrocious. The staff are EXTREMELY rude to every single person who walks in. I was waiting for my pizza for 25 extra minutes and while I was in there several food delivery people came in and were met by the most vile and unprofessional response and tone from the staff and manager. Food was delivered quickly, was hot, and was delicious. The delivery persons are extremely kind, patient, and professional. You can't out Pizza this Pizza Hut 🥸
The food is always great. The customer service at this particular location sucks. The lady ( not sure her name) who is calls herself the "Manger" is constantly rude to customers and door dash drivers for no reason. The waiting area on Fridays is too small for the amount of customers and drivers waiting to pick up orders. Will not be going back to this location anytime soon.
