This is supposed to be a medium cheese PAN pizza. Where is the cheese? Why is so dry? Why does the pan pizza have screen marks on the bottom? How did someone look at this, cut it and feel like it was fine to serve?!?

I don’t know if there’s new management or new staff but the food I received around 1 p.m. today was absolutely gross (nearly flavorless, barely any cheese on the pizza, barely sauced wings). I’ve never had any issues with this location before, very disappointed.

A few months ago I ordered a pizza from Pizza Hut and it was wrong I elected to just not eat the pizza and bite the bullet well to my shocker I decide to order a phone order today pick up order I called the Pizza Hut ordered the Supreme Pizza I take it all the way home and it's a Chase Pizza there's a line at the bottom of the receipt that says this order was checked for accuracy by blank go figure? I complained last time when the water was incorrect and I'm not sure if I've been blacklisted or what but it's frustrating the ... read more

6/30/2026 9:20 pm. Came in stood at the front desk for over 10 minutes. Rang the bell on the counter and whoever was in the back still didn’t come up front . I eventually just walked out.

I received the wrong order and it was delivered by a child. As in probably 8 year old. I tried to call the store numerous times to get my right order and they would not answer the phone.
