Ordered online on 7/28 for a 7/29 delivery at 11:15am. I was feeding my staff prior to a meeting that started at noon. Food arrived at 11:58 which gave my staff 2 minutes to scarf down their food. Delivery was done by DoorDash through Pizza Hut and tracking showed that our driver waited there at the restaurant since 11:05. I called the local store and was hold for 10 minutes when someone finally answered they then placed me back on hold without even telling me they were doing it. Poor customer service.
