Good Pizza and staff are kind and on top of refills .
Smithville Pizza Hut needs to remove "Delivery" as an option! This is the third delivery issue we've experienced since they stopped using store staff and outsourced deliveries. I'm unable to reach anyone to cancel my order, which is now two hours late. I've been transferred multiple times between the store and a call center. The call center advised me to contact corporate, but there’s a recorded message directing me to call the store instead. It's unfortunate because the food is good, but not when it's cold.

I always have a good experience with this Pizza Hut. The employees are always so nice and friendly. My food is as expected, also this Pizza Hut it’s cheaper than plattsburg, 🫣 thank you for the amazing service! 💕
