This is the 2nd time I've had the same issue at this location. I order a pizza with extra sauce & not only does it not have extra sauce, it has almost zero sauce at all, but is loaded with toppings?? I thought toppings cost more than sauce so one would think if anything they would give the extra sauce & skimp on the toppings. The 1st time it happened it was on a personal pizza I ordered, the smallest pizza available. How they couldn't manage extra sauce on a personal pizza I can't understand. Don’t order from here. I placed an order through the app and I come to the location for it to be closed still. Clearly says 10am on the window and on the app and it’s 10:40am. I waited until 11 to get told that my order was canceled. Waste of time

I waited in the front for over 20 mins before I was greeted. 3 ppl were working in the back. One was on her personal cellphone device, and you could hear her full conversation in the lobby. The person getting the pizza out the oven finally acknowledged me. My food was great though. Just needs better customer service
