I waited in the front for over 20 mins before I was greeted. 3 ppl were working in the back. One was on her personal cellphone device, and you could hear her full conversation in the lobby. The person getting the pizza out the oven finally acknowledged me. My food was great though. Just needs better customer service
Live nearby and keep coming back trying it like a bad relationship. Food arrived 40 minutes past when it said it was delivered. Our thin crust pizza was burned and let’s just say extra extra crispy. I called 3x to check on the order but no one ever answered then I called to fake place a new order and they of course answered only to transfer me to a supervisor who never answered. I do a mobile order that says is ready at 6:52 PM, but I’m waiting in the store until 7:34 . Not only that but I’m seeing people get their food who ordered after me before me. Not to mention they “ran out of bread sticks” but instead of letting people know or changing the app. They just try to serve pan dough as a substitute, without telling the customers. I want this Pizza Hut to be good. I truly do! It is not far from my house, but time and time again it SERIOUSLY disappoints! The customer service is consistently terrible. The website with the times for the pizza to be ready is off...way off. Our pizza was done almost an hour after it was slated to be done. There were at least 15 people waiting for their pizza when we arrived, and about 40 in the que. We were number 26, and we arrived 30 minutes AFTER our pizza was supposed to be done.
