Placed an order online- came to pick it up. One worker said someone will help me and then sat on his phone. I could see my order completed and they made me wait 10 minutes to get helped. This location needs more attendative workers. I don’t think I’ll be coming back to this location any time soon.

i was so disappointed with my food tonight. first of all, we did a pickup order. we came 20 minutes after placing the order, which is when the website said it’d be done. we had to wait 30 extra minutes in the store for our food, and it it all kept coming out one by one so by the time we got home our food was cold. we ordered a pizza, french fries, and cinnamon sticks. tell me why we got 2 orders of fries, one of which was in the cinnamon stick box and the other in a regular fry box. we waited an extra 10 minutes for these fr... read more

I received an incorrect order. When I reached out to the store/restaurant the so called Manager on duty did nothing to resolve in fact she acted as if it was an inconvenience I called. She passed the buck to the afternoon manager who I have yet to hear from. My order was about $50 not huge but the level of customer care after is ridiculous

It's the best! Always ordering from Pizza hut! Twice in the past year, I orderd from somewhere else (because I'm out of the delivery area for PH) but I was disappointed. Today I decided to drive to PH, because they are better. It's worth the drive
