I had one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had at this Pizza Hut. I placed my order online, and my confirmation clearly said my order was ready for pickup. When I arrived, I found there were two entrance doors, but neither one would open. I called the store, and instead of being helpful, the woman who answered was rude and told me, “You just have to pull the door.” I had already tried that multiple times.
