Called to ask why doordash was delivering my order the lady on the phone was very very very rude and hung up on me out of the blue and before she hung up she said ( I am not putting up with bullshit tonight!!! ) with a very condescending tone in her voice and I was about ready to tell her, you do not treat the customer that way over the phone. So I don't think I will ever be ordering from the saint cloud minnesota pizza hut ever again
Wow, I dont remember pizza hut being this bad. Been a while since ive had it but i would rather eat a frozen jacks pizza than this junk. There was so little sauce that made it pretty much dry cheesebread.
The dining room still closed. I walked in to the counter lady saying 'I hate working Mondays" and another employee behind the wall saying 'Monday crazys'. Online ordering asks for staff tips when you're doing take-out. Do their franchisees not pay them appropriately or have we crossed into the 'tips for everything' zone again. Then corporate has side offers from Costco, CapitalOne and some Lotto scam after your order is finished. Do think ordering pizza was the gateway to credit cards? Me neither!
