I did come back &’ edit to add more stars to my original review . At first I was extremely frustrated because I was waiting in the lobby for my order once I was notified that it was ready for pickup through the app . About 20 minutes pass by so clearly something went wrong but the none of the employees would even communicate why I was continuing to wait when the store didn’t seem busy at all . I went into the winder location on 8/3/25 And we were waiting for someone on the counter for about 10 mins and there was nobody to assist. I had to call to the place and then the counter person came in. They were standing outside looking at us waiting while on the phone for that whole time. What really bothered me was that he was chuckling when they saw us coming into the store and did not attempt to say I'll be with you shortly, which we would have understand I did retail for years and sometimes you have to take a call.
