I went into the winder location on 8/3/25 And we were waiting for someone on the counter for about 10 mins and there was nobody to assist. I had to call to the place and then the counter person came in. They were standing outside looking at us waiting while on the phone for that whole time. Asked them to double the pepp through Uber eats and they DID! Might have told them I loved them, but that's beside the point! They are great, always coming through! Thanks Nae 😊😊
Nae was very pleasant and super nice and inviting the store was clean and cool definitely will be coming back
Ordered the new cheesy crust pizza, they didn't include the dips... whole reason to try this promo. The promo price was $13.99... but charge my daughter +$20. Called the store 3 times... no one picks up... it rolls over to customer service and they can't do anything about it... like what the heck is the purpose of customer service you can't do a refund. The whole process is an absolute joke. Pizza Hut... you failed!!!
