I am writing to formally complain about a recent Pizza Hut order and the handling of my concerns by the store staff. When my order arrived, the food was completely cold. One of the pizzas was also undercooked—the dough was white instead of golden brown, and I had to place it in my own oven to finish cooking it. In addition, I specifically ordered pan crust for one of the pizzas, but it arrived as hand-tossed, which was not what I requested or paid for. Employees should really learn to be honest with the customers.And not try to half step the truth, very simple concept.
I’ve had multiple bad experiences with this Pizza Hut. They dont allow any more than 2 pizzas ordered on demand. Any more, and you have to place the order ahead of time. Delivery time is not prompt and they have called to cancel multiple orders of mine. This is the least professional Pizza Hut I’ve ever done business with
