I placed an order totaling about $30 and was shocked to see Pizza Hut added a $55 tip for themselves without my consent. This is unacceptable and feels like theft. I did not authorize this charge and I expect it to be resolved immediately. Customers should never have to worry about restaurants adding unauthorized charges. I will be disputing this with my bank if it’s not corrected right away. I’ve always enjoyed Pizza Hut in the past, but this kind of shady business practice destroys trust. Do better.

At 11:11 I placed an order to pick up. The person taking my order repeated the order back and confirmed the location. She took my credit card information for the purchase and said it would be ready in 15 minutes. When I arrived at the store to pick up my order the doors were locked. The door was unlocked by a staff stating that they did not open until 12:00. She said I must have ordered it from the wrong location. Not true, the number is in my contacts.
