At 11:11 I placed an order to pick up. The person taking my order repeated the order back and confirmed the location. She took my credit card information for the purchase and said it would be ready in 15 minutes. When I arrived at the store to pick up my order the doors were locked. The door was unlocked by a staff stating that they did not open until 12:00. She said I must have ordered it from the wrong location. Not true, the number is in my contacts. The last few years has been great. This year, due to lack of staff, it’s still great, just a tad slower BUT- the team still comes through, very friendly & do their best with what they have available. Placed a big order for today and it was ready before pick up time. Kudos to management.
