Ordered pizza today because I didn’t want to cook dinner. Well the pizza I received was old and cold. Completely not eatable. I reached out to the store and every time I asked to speak with a manager I was hung up on. Reached via chat and was told they would only replace one pizza but 2 were ordered
This evening, I placed a mobile order that was supposed to be ready for 6:17. I arrived at 6:15, only to wait until 6:55 to actually receive my order. The lady next to me had been waiting for 50 minutes with a child on her hip. When they asked my name a third time, they pulled it out of the hot fridge where it had been sitting for who knows how long.
