We ordered delivery from Pizza Hut slightly outside their new expanded area. They accommodated our delivery and arrived professional and promptly. The customer service was amazing and the food was good as well. Very proud to see how well the red oak Pizza Hut is doing and all the hard efforts to make a cool spot in town. Thanks to Jeremy and his staff for always taking great care of us.
I ordered a pizza in advance. Three large pizzas and a sandwich. It was to be delivered between 4:30 and 5:00. It's 5: 50 p.m. and the pizza has still not been delivered. I called to find out where it was. I talked to someone who put me on the phone with a supervisor who then put me on the phone with the manager. They helped a parent group organize a team meal for the HS football team! Would highly recommend for large events. All 11 pizzas & breadstick orders were ready on time, fresh, & team enjoyed! Good work, and thanks for all your help!
On Aug 12, around 7:30 pm, our extended family of 21 people invaded the Red Oak Pizza Hut, after a family event. They graciously accommodated us, and let us move tables wherever we wished. The mgr, Jeremy, and the staff were very nice, and worked hard to get all that food out. It took awhile, but everything was perfect! I don't live here, but I'm visiting family here. Always, always, hot. fresh, and delicious. We usually get delivery and he is always so pleasant and friendly. This seriously some of the best pizza and staff ever!
