Waiting for my food for 1 hour never got it so I recommend not to come here
Ordered a carry out order and had my daughter pick it up. Apparently the manager was rude to her because we “ordered too many wings”. We ordered a total of 18 wings because we all have different tastes. I didn’t realize this was an issue. 🙄
We were charged 3 times for a $40 pizza. The pizza cost us over $100. Pizza Hut has horrible customer service.
Great service, friendly staff really clean location. Really love a thin & crispy pepperoni pizza, pan meat lovers, And an order of traditional wings within Cajun fries. Always a great meal from this location!
Made an order online for delivery. Once I received it, realized it wasn't what I order and called the location in Alabaster AL. Talked to a representative and they basically said I made an error and didn't want to rectify it no apology. So lesson learned, never order from here online nor recommend this location to anyone
