Punxsy Pizza Hut is my family's friday tradition. We get it every Friday consistently and its usually very good. As to why we get it weekly. Tonight was the worst service we've received. Went to get our food, told it wasn't even in the oven yet. So we come back another 15mins. Thankfully it was done, but the lady handed us our food and then change. Pizza we ordered had to much tomato sauce had to scrape it off to eat it had to send it back pizza wasn't hot chicken we ordered was like chewing on griddle won't go back
Delivery guy was nice the first time and Madison was a nice driver and she was the first person to get here without getting lost. Lol. Thank you.
