Ordered pizza for delivery, saw they used a 3rd party for the delivery, door-dash, after almost an hour wait got a notification that the delivery driver cancelled the delivery after picking up the pizza. Tried to call the store to find out what the heck happened and offer to pick it up or ask for a refund but was directed to some call center in another country and never got to speak to anyone at the local store. they kept putting me on excruciatingly long holds. never got my pizza and never got a refund. my poor toddler was ... read more
Probably the rudest service i have ever received. The employee seemed to hate their job. This was my second time trying to give you guys a try. Definitely won’t be back, because they definitely showed they don’t want anyone ordering anything.
