We ordered a pizza but when items were missing the delivery driver told us to call the store. We did, but they were unwilling to send the missing items, they told us if we wanted them we’d have to go to the store. We were trying to figure out a reasonable solution when they put us on hold. After about 20 minutes, we called on another line in case they forgot about us, but as soon as he recognized us, he hung up, then immediately hung up on the other line that had been on hold for nearly a half hour at that point. decent pizza for a fair price. food was always delivered on time by polite drivers. sometimes they overcooked their non-pizza dishes. otherwise, i have no complaints.
Worse pizza hit ever. I love the franchise, completely missed the mark with this location tho.
